Crock Pot chicken

Here is a quick, easy and healthy recipe

Throw some chicken breast in the crock pot.  Cover with chicken broth, either frozen cubes of it, or liquid.  Sprinkle some taco seasoning on top.  Turn on low for 6 hours.


When it's done it will look something like this.  


then just pull it apart with a fork


put sides with it like...
  • corn
  • black beans
  • tortillas ( to make a chicken soft taco)
  • cheese
  • mushrooms
  • tomato
  • sour cream
  • salsa
Get as creative as you want.  I usually put the different toppings on my chicken instead of using a tortilla.  Justin makes a taco and the boys like their food separate. 



Any way you eat it, it's always yummy and EASY and healthy!  This is a great backup meal to have the ingredients for and is also a great meal to take to someone for dinner.
