Tasty Tuesday - Chocolate dipped crackers

A fun, easy and inexpensive dessert are these crackers. I already had all the ingredients and it didn't take me long to put it together.

Put peanut butter between two Ritz Crackers, melt some white chocolate and cover the crackers. I put them on wax paper to harden..it makes it less messy.


It only takes about 15 minutes for the chocolate to harden, then put them on a serving dish like this and you are ready for your party.
