Road Trip

Have you ever wondered what our road trips look like these days? Well thank goodness we upgraded from the Civic b/c there is no way we would have ever fit all this mess in that little car.

Here is what the back of our car looks like...

And here is how to change a diaper on the road...in mommy's lap. Thankfully the little wizzer didn't do anything crazy or we both would have been in trouble.



This is how to entertain a 6 month old when he is delirious from riding in the car for too long. Don't worry folks, we are parked at a rest stop.



Here is another entertaining thing for him to do...let him stand in his car seat and chew on the visor...again...parked at a gas station.

And here is what it looks like when your 6 month old is tired and ready to get out of his seat.


Sweet boy...he couldn't take anymore. He finally gave up and slept for a little bit.


Sweet boy...I will say most of the time he was pretty happy but only because I sat in the back with him the whole time and provided all the entertainment, for the 8 hour trip (that used to be 6 hours..haha).


Our Thanksgiving trip was successful...had a good visit with family and made the whole round trip with only a few meltdowns.
