Ingredients:
orange juice (however much you want to make it as thin or thick as you want)
1-2 T lime juice
one serving size of whey protein powder
4-5 frozen strawberries
4-5 leaves spinach
1/2 avacado
1/2 banana
Just put all that in a blender or...my favorite...the magic bullet and blend up. Then drink it :)
