Muffins for Mommy

I have bragged on Briggs' school before.  They are so thoughtful and are always doing fun stuff with him.  For Mother's Day they had a time called "Muffins with Mommy". 

When I dropped him off at school, there was a reception in the lobby for all the Mommies...

It was a little chaotic but lots of fun...

Me and my little man sharing our muffin and that's where Briggs gave me the  Mother's Day present he made me (with a little help from his teachers)

That's my present all wrapped up with our muffin before Briggs made a HUGE mess, but he thought it was yummy...which is all that matters :)

 

When we finished eating, I dropped him off with his teachers.  He loves them so much, he goes strait to them and waves bye bye to mommy.  Makes me happy and sad all at the same time.

And this is the present Briggs made me.  He is so creative at one year old :)
